You can view the status of your order by logging in or from the order update emails sent to you.
- Sign in and go to Orders
- The order status is in a grey box next to the Order #
- Clicking the order number takes you to the orders details page to see more info
Common order statuses
- Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order has not yet shipped
- Partially Shipped: Some but not all of your items have shipped
- Shipped: Your entire order has been shipped
In the order details page, the Order Status is under the Order Details section
Refer to your email order update notifications
- Use the email that was used to place the order
- In your inbox search, search for emails containing "Your ZenSupply Order Has Been Updated"
- The order status will appear in the email
