Check an Order Status

You can view the status of your order by logging in or from the order update emails sent to you.

  1. Sign in and go to Orders
  2. The order status is in a grey box next to the Order #
  3. Clicking the order number takes you to the orders details page to see more info

Common order statuses

  • Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order has not yet shipped
  • Partially Shipped: Some but not all of your items have shipped
  • Shipped: Your entire order has been shipped

 

 

In the order details page, the Order Status is under the Order Details section

 

 


Refer to your email order update notifications

  1. Use the email that was used to place the order
  2. In your inbox search, search for emails containing "Your ZenSupply Order Has Been Updated"
  3. The order status will appear in the email
