Checking the status of an order to see if it has been shipped in full or partially.
Once an order has shipped, you can track the location of the package.
- Sign in and go to Orders
- Locate the order
- Click the order number to view order details
- The tracking code is located in the Shipping Details section in the lower right-hand side
- Click the tracking code
- You'll be directed to a page to track shipment progress
