Payment Method
For international transactions, we highly recommend using Amazon Pay as your payment method. This helps us speed up the fraud screening process and ensures your shipment will be released immediately. We also accept payments via Wire Transfer or Bank ACH. This method can take up to 5 to 7 days to verify funds before your order can be released for processing and shipment. Once you confirm you're ready to place an order, we will provide you with our bank account details for a secure and easy transaction.
Shipping Address Requirements
We require a US-based address to ship your order to. Typically this would be a freight forwarder or other international courier. From this provider, you can arrange for international shipping to your final destination.
Product Dimensions and Weight
Your freight forwarder will typically validate the detailed information about the product dimensions and the total weight of your order, allowing for accurate shipping calculations. We are happy to interface directly with your forwarder of choice during the fulfillment process after your order is placed.
Scheduling Shipment for Export
If you plan on exporting the products ordered from ZenSupply.com, it is your responsibility to contact your courier company to arrange the preferred schedule for the shipment. We will keep you posted along the way and work with your forwarder but you will be required to setup your initial shipment with your courier of choice.
Required Exporting Documents 
(Usually only required for orders more than $2500 in total value)
Please be prepared to provide the following documents when requested by your chosen courier company:
  • Forwarding Agent Power of Attorney
  • Tax ID
  • Invoices with Product HS Codes
  • Shipper’s Letter of Instructions/Electronic Export Information Document
  • Any other required exporting documents
