If an item purchased on ZenSupply is returnable, you're eligible to initiate a return request in your Orders.
Nonreturnable Items
Products
- Damaged item(s) from installation, unpackaging, or buyer handling
- Special order/custom-assembled products
- Products purchased from other websites or vendors
Digital
- Downloadable software products
- Open software
- Digital access cards / security cards / programmable entry cards or beacons
Cards
- Gift cards (except as required by law)
Hazardous Material
- Items classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases
Others
- Any product missing the product's original serial number or UPC (unless the item(s) did not have them in their original, unpackaged condition)
- Items with special shipping restrictions
- Damaged Items

Nonreturnable items that arrived damaged or defective are eligible for a refund or replacement. If the refund or replacement option isn’t available in Orders, contact us.
ZenSupply reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make one or multiple exceptions to the aforementioned policy. No exception made by ZenSupply shall constitute a modification of this policy such that any other customer, or customers, are entitled to the same or similar exceptions.
