      Password Reset

      1. Go to the Reset Password page directly
      2. Or, click the Sign In link in the upper right-hand menu
        1. Click on "Forgot Your Password?"
      3. Enter your email (the email you used to sign up, or place the order)
      4. Click Submit
      5. Check your email (including spam folder)
        1. The email subject is "Password change request for ZenSupply"
        2. Use your email search bar to search for the subject name or for emails coming from "zensupply.com" as the sender
      6. Click the blue link in the email to reset your password and access your account (or paste the link into your browser bar)
      7. Done! You should now have an updated password (be sure to save it or store it safely)

      Note: Be sure to whitelist any emails from zensupply.com / mark them as safe so you can be sure to receive them in the future.
