When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in your Orders.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
It will depend on the payment method and if you are canceling an order that hasn't shipped or returning items.
Cancelations
- You may cancel an order anytime before it has shipped
- Same-day cancelations (the date the order was placed)
- Refund Time + 24 hours settlement + one business day processing time
- The transaction must settle before we can initiate the refund, which is approximately 24 hours
- We will initiate the refund within one business day after the transaction has been settled
- General cancelations (one or more days after the order was placed)
- Refund Time + one business day to process
- We will process the refund within one business day after confirming with you
Returns
When returning an item, you have the option to choose your preferred refund method in Your Returns.
After we receive your returned item(s), it can take up to three weeks for us to process your return. Certain items can take more time. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after your items have been received. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.
