RFQ Guidance (Large/Complex Projects)
The following guidance pertains primarily to structured RFQ processes with complex or technical documentation and the projects are professionally managed by large general contractors, subcontractors, or facility owners/operators.
Please provide the following:
- General information
- RFQ number or project name
- Key contact name and contact information
- Company name, website, and HQ location
- Products
- An itemized list of products is preferred (specifically in MS Excel)
- Product identifiers (e.g. brand, model, SKU, UPC, etc.)
- Other relevant information
- Shipping destination(s)
- If multiple destinations exist, specify the quantity of each item to be delivered to each location
- Dates and deadlines
- RFQ submission deadline
- Project start date
- Expected purchase date(s)
- Shipment date (or multiple dates if purchasing in phases)
- Financing
- If funding been approved and/or secured (Yes/No)
- Responsible party for invoice payment
RFQ Guidance (All Other Projects)
Please provide the following:
- Your name and contact information
- A list of products, quantities, and other identifying information
- Shipping destination(s)
- If the final destination is outside the USA, please specify the destination country
- ZenSupply will only ship to US-based locations, including verified freight forwarding companies or exporters
- Date when the products are needed
