Customers that checked out as a Guest will need to register their account before submitting a Return Request.
Step 1: Register your account
- Locate the Welcome Email in your inbox
Email subject: Welcome to ZenSupply
You must use the same email that was used to place the order (which you can change once logged in) - Click the reset password link
Create a password
Step 2: Submit the return request
- Go to Orders
- Locate the order
- Click "Return Items?"
If you have already submitted a return for an order, the link will not appear for that order - Specify the quantity for each item(s) you want to return
- Using the "Return Reason" dropdown
Select the reason you are returning the item(s) - Using the "Return Action" dropdown
Select if you would like a refund, exchange for another item, or receive store credit - In the "Comments" section
Explain why you are returning the item(s). The more detail the better. - Click "Submit"
After you've submitted the return request, you will receive a confirmation email and someone will be in contact shortly to provide more details about how and where to return your item(s).

In your order history, find the order and click "Return Items?"
A return page will appear for you to complete the required sections to submit the return request

If you changed the email in your account, it will be sent there.
Check your spam and other folders if you don't receive it.
