  • Account information
    • Ensure your contact information is accurate and regularly monitored
    • We may contact you based on the email and phone number provided in your account
  • Add comments
    • The more detail you can provide the better
    • Use the comments section to explain the situation and condition of the item(s) being returned
  • Take pictures
    • If you open the package, take pictures to document the quality and condition of the item(s) being returned
    • If there are any blemishes or marks on the item(s), document it
    • We may request these items and it can make the inspection process easier
  • If you want a replacement
    • Specify the replacement item (e.g. sku, name, or link to the product on our site)
    • You can also indicate what brand, features or capabilities are required if you don't have a specific model in mind
