- The more detail you can provide the better
- Use the comments section to explain the situation and condition of the item(s) being returned
- Take pictures
- If you open the package, take pictures to document the quality and condition of the item(s) being returned
- If there are any blemishes or marks on the item(s), document it
- We may request these items and it can make the inspection process easier
- If you want a replacement
- Specify the replacement item (e.g. sku, name, or link to the product on our site)
- You can also indicate what brand, features or capabilities are required if you don't have a specific model in mind
